Price includes set catering menu covering all dietaries for morning tea on arrival, stand up lunch, barista coffee for 6 hours, and a 1 hour drinks package in the evening with a grazing table.
All staffing is included in the cost. Staffing is for a team of 10 covering technical, front of house, baristas and event management.
Technical inclusions; Standard Lighting Rig, 7200 Lumen Projector, 4:3 ratio Screen for presentation, PA System with 2 wireless Microphones and 2 technical operators.
A final quote will be issued upon booking highlighting all inclusions, rates and fees.
