For the safe running of the venue, two venue technicians must be present at all times.
For the effective running of the box office and FOH, one Box Office Manager must be present.
For the safe running of the performance, one FOH team member must be on call for every 50 patrons expected.
All staff require a minimum 4 hour call
DTC to provide all necessary service staff for external suppliers or additional loading will be added
Hourly rates include management, super and on costs
Ticketing for all events at Eternity Playhouse is required to be processed by Darlinghurst Theatre Company
DTC charges an Inside Fee on each ticket and a booking fee on each booking
DTC provides ticketing services through TicketSearch, a primarily online ticketing platform.
DTC will create a ticketing build for the Production using information provided by THE HIRER.
DTC will provide daily box office reports to THE HIRER.
Customer transaction fees are retained by DTC.
