The Gadi Seminar Rooms are conveniently located with entrance via the Royal Botanic Gardens reception. The seminar rooms, once housed the National Herbarium of NSW archives, has since been renovated and reopened in April 2024.

Each seminar room features state of the art technology, and the space has flexibility to be used as an individual room, double or whole space and operates as a “Bring Your Own Meeting” space. With an exclusive on-site catering partner, Laissez-faire catering, a room drenched in natural sunlight and boasting views of the luscious Succulent Garden, the Gadi Seminar Rooms are the perfect space to book for your next workshop or off-site meeting, conference or team building event.

With amenities and a large breakout area, there is potential for a variety of different event styles and setups.
