The Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges has a stunning selection of 10 modern and heritage conference and events rooms, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

The Orion, Pleiades and Sirius rooms accommodate a variety of events separately but can also be combined to create our largest space, the Southern Cross Gala Ballroom. The ballroom is a state-of-the-art facility with five multimedia screens, bespoke ceiling lighting for theming and the latest in audio visual equipment. The room boasts neutral tones to suit all occasions, with timber wall paneling and 6m high ceilings and free of charge Wi-Fi.

For more intimate settings of up to 10 people there are two boardrooms to choose from – Leeuwin II and Australia II.

A wide variety of catering packages are on offer from tea & coffee to seat dining for up to 700 people. Other venues in the hotel available for conference events include the AGR buffet restaurant, Harbour Master restaurant, Ball & Chain pub and the Resort Pool outdoor area.
