Ms Collins is an intersection of food, fashion, music and art. The space offers a blend of style and substance and caters to the forever young at heart. The venue's interior, extensive art collection, celebrity chef cuisine, drinks menu and global music are accompanied by numerous private rooms, including The Dom Pérignon Champagne Bar.

Ms Collins is a multi-level restaurant and bar, open for celebrations and corporate functions throughout the entire week, home to 12 separate spaces or used as a whole venue, Ms Collins caters to small groups, as well as up to 850 people cocktail-style.

The menu celebrates a different culinary vision to showcase a menu fused with Pan-Asian and Contemporary Australian. The drink list has been put together by the award-winning bartender, David Debattista and features top beverage partners Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Belvedere and Moët Hennessy.

The heritage-listed 1932 building is a spectacle in itself, made modern by top designers Blackmilk Interiors and street artist, Juan Mcarb. Together, they have transformed the space from top to bottom in bespoke art and luxe materials.
