Laissez-faire Catering is celebrating 30 years as a Sydney caterer, passionate about delivering quality, sustainable food in unique venues. Laissez-faire deliver memorable experiences for your delegates and try to reduce the impact on the environment. This is demonstrated by the Green Table Accreditation by R&CNSW in 2019.

In 2017, Laissez-faire Catering renovated and moved into a purpose-built production kitchen based in Alexandria. This kitchen and the team of expert chefs can cater for intimate events of ten to banquets of 1,100 or cocktails parties/family days for over 2,500.

As well as the team’s ability to cater at Sydney venues of your choice, Laissez-faire Catering are located in over 26 venues. Exclusively catering at the Australian National Maritime Museum and State Library of NSW, plus a regular caterer at Harbour 220, National Art School, The Venue Alexandria, NSW Parliament House, Prince Henry Centre, Hordern Pavilion, Bronte Surf Club, White Bay and Sydney University.
