The venue’s largest space, Events Room 1, caters for up to 350 people for a banquet or up to 1200 guests in cocktail format.
For smaller meetings, Events Room 2 can accommodate 200 guests in theatre-style, while Events Room 3 can hold up to 100 guests theatre-style. When booked together, the two spaces can host theatre-style events of 450 delegates, banquets for up to 250 and cocktail events for 400.
Meanwhile, Room 201 is ideal for theatre-style events of up to 120 guests and 80 people banquet-style .
CQ Function’s hidden gem, Lanai Cocktail Lounge, is a favourite among locals and event organisers alike.
The Lanai Cocktail Lounge features plush seating, dark wooden features and floor-to-ceiling windows, making it the ultimate private event space.
Meanwhile, the Lanai Rear and Courtyard can also be utilised for events of up 250 guests.
