New South Wales regional venues
NSW is spoilt for choice when it comes to regional conference venues.
For a venue that encapsulates regional beauty at its finest, Willinga Park on the NSW South Coast is a great option for your next corporate event. If Coffs Harbour is the destination of choice, Pacific Bay Resort is a no-brainer. The conference venue can host a 300-delegate residential conference, with on-site accommodation and picturesque outdoor spaces as well.
Twin Towns Conference & Function Centre is located in the heart of the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed with picturesque beaches just footsteps from the door. The venue offers 10 dedicated conference spaces, most with floor-to-ceiling glass to make the most of the huge ocean and harbour views.
Victoria regional venues
Travel outside Melbourne CBD and you’ll find the most spectacular regional venues for corporate events.
Mansion Hotel & Spa at Werribee Park is a prime example of that, offering ten acres of manicured gardens only 25 minutes from Melbourne CBD. The venue offers tailored packages for up to 300 guests, which can include wine and historical tours, polo matches, yoga or golf.

RACV Healesville Country Club is another great venue, offering versatile conference spaces in a stunning location in the picturesque Yarra Valley. Just over an hour’s drive from Melbourne’s CBD, the venue is complete with 80 well-appointed accommodation rooms.
Also located in the Yarra Valley, The Eastern Golf Club and Yering Gorge Cottages offers six dedicated conference rooms, plus indoor and outdoor break-out spaces. For residential conferences, Yering Gorge Cottages, nestled into the hillside, features 13 self-contained cottages.
For a change of pace, Ramada Resort Phillip Island can cater for up to 192 delegates in flexible, natural light-filled meeting rooms. It also offers accommodation rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, fitness facilities and seven kilometres of walking tracks around the resort.
Western Australia regional venues
On the other side of the country, Western Australia is a prime destination for conferences with plenty of regional venues to choose from.

For something sophisticated and secluded, take your delegates to Leeuwin Estate, where fine wine and food collide in a picturesque setting. Regarded as a top winery in Western Australia, Leeuwin Estate offers a range of conference and event options in charming surrounds.
The award-winning Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort on Sunrise Beach is the ideal location for your next conference or incentive weekend. Dedicated function spaces are complemented by a host of incentive activities including bushwalking trails, scuba diving, scenic flights, whale watching and swimming with whale sharks and manta rays.
Pullman Bunker Bay in the Margaret River region is a magnificent choice for groups seeking a venue that focuses on creativity and wellbeing. A three-drive south of Perth, the resort spans 35 acres of native gardens and offers over 700 square metres of event space.
