One of Sydney’s most luxurious rooftop bars Zephyr is taking its latest cocktail menu to new heights with a selection of scented cocktails.
In collaboration with Parisienne scent designer and founder of Maison 21G Johanna Monange, the team at Zephyr have curated a collection of cocktails inspired by the scents of summer from M21G’s Eau de Parfum collection.
To celebrate the launch, Zephyr recently invited 70 guests to experience the new sensory menu.
As they entered the rooftop bar, which is perched atop Hyatt Regency Sydney, guests were met with stunning views of Darling Harbour, which provided a spectacular backdrop for the evening.
Zephyr served a selection of cocktails from the new menu, each paired with a Eau de Parfum from the M21G collection.
Highlights from the menu include Rooftop ‘Air’, which is served in martini style with Zephyr tailored gin, fresh cucumber, dill and lime, and is paried with Magnetic Myrrh, a refreshing and crisp scent, as well as Raspberry Skyline, which features Ketel One vodka, raspberry, pineapple and lime, and is paired with Raspberry Redemption, a fruity fragrance with hints of pineapple.
During the collaboration, guests can also purchase their favourite scents to take home and enjoy.
Zephyr was involved in all aspects of planning and executing the event, from cocktail creation and food menu pairing through to how the experience would be delivered to guests.
The team at Zephyr received positive feedback from guests, who were excited about the new cocktail menu and collaboration.
“We received wonderful feedback from our guests about the venue as well along with the food and drinks,” the team said.
