Hosting an event in Sydney just got a little more luxe, with Fraser Suites Sydney unveiling its new-look residence suites following a $4 million makeover.

Located in the heart of Sydney, the 41-storey property now boasts 201 modern suites, including deluxe studio rooms, one- and two-bedroom rooms and two penthouse suites.

Announced in March, the refurbishment project saw each room updated with new bedheads, sofas, coffee tables, chairs, desks, carpet and decorative lights, plus original artwork and ergonomic workstations.

“Fraser Suites Sydney prides itself on delivering an exceptional guest experience and this project really reflects that,” said Frasers Hospitality Australia country general manager Matthew Rubie.

“Our apartments are well known for their impressive footprint so we wanted to maximise this advantage by reimagining each space to create modern, light-filled residences for our guests.”

The refurbishment is part of a wider redevelopment project over the past 12 months that includes refreshed pool and gym facilities and updated meeting rooms.

Among the hotel’s event spaces are the two Liverpool meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 20 delegates in each or 50 combined, and the Kent rooms, which combine to host up to 140 guests.

Two versatile boardrooms are also on offer, fitted with all necessary audio visual equipment and technology solutions to help create a seamless meeting.

For an exclusive touch, the hotel’s two split-level penthouses can be booked for corporate groups, offering a new level of luxury and sophistication to cap off any conference or event.
